Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ZapCode at zapcode.click, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. ZapCode reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Description of Service
ZapCode provides a suite of free and paid web-based business tools including Barcode Generator, QR Code Generator, Invoice Generator, and additional tools added over time. Some features are free. Premium features are available through a paid subscription — ZapCode Pro.
User Responsibilities
By using ZapCode, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service, not use the Service to generate content for fraudulent purposes, not attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure, and take full responsibility for all content you generate using our tools.
Intellectual Property
All content generated by users through ZapCode's tools belongs to the user. ZapCode claims no ownership over user-generated content. The ZapCode platform — including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology — is the intellectual property of ZapCode and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
Subscriptions & Payments
ZapCode Pro is available as an annual subscription. Fees are billed annually at the stated price. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if Pro features have not been substantially used.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ZapCode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that generated barcodes or QR codes will be accepted by all scanning systems, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Users are responsible for verifying generated content before commercial deployment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZapCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Privacy
ZapCode collects minimal user data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
